All Circuits are Busy: The Transmission of Sensory and Motor Information

NeuRIG (Neuroscience Research Interest Group) at Lakehead University is pleased to sponsor a presentation, All Circuits are Busy: The Transmission of Sensory and Motor Information, by Dr. Jane Lawrence Dewar from the Thunder Bay Regional Research Institute.

This lecture will dive into the neuroscience of basic functions by discussing how sensory stimuli are received, how movements are generated and the pathways that these signals follow in the central nervous system.

This event is part of the Talks on the Basics of Neuroscience that is open to everyone, including high school students, with the goal of making neuroscience widely accessible to all.
